At Zengo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If youβre not happy with your charger or accessory, weβre here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened electronic accessories (such as chargers or cables that have been unsealed or used) cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at danielle@zengo.uk with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
If your return is accepted, weβll send you:

A return shipping label, and

Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong item.
Weβll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used electronic items (unless faulty)

The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return your unwanted item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
